Item appears as “shipped” but tracking number shows a message saying “waiting for the item to arrive to the carrier”. Delivery was supposed to be completed by April 27th. I have messaged the seller twice within the last 26 hours and haven’t receive an answer yet. Also, the item that I ordered wasn’t available as detailed. I ordered gray; it was available in black. Seller agreed to drop $20 for the inconvenience and that hasn’t happened yet neither.
