REPLACEMENT Item 100% as described by seller - faulty first item not initially revealed by seller. No false, misleading, emotive descriptors were used to either mislead, exaggerate, embellish, or misrepresent the REPLACEMENT item. However, 1 month delivery delay not initially explained by seller, until persistent questioning via multiple emails by an increasingly concerned buyer. Sellers delayed times in responses to emails were deflective, at times. Frustrating. Now all is good. Thank you.

Sorry for not being able to respond or deal with unexpected problems promptly as we had many express orders needed to be delivered by Christmas when the order was placed. However, I need to point out that the buyer negotiated on the price before the purchase and did not ask for express shipping until some time later (only standard shipping was offered for this item). I believe the estimated delivery date range was visible for the entire time and the item was still delivered within the range.
