      I have several items of SISTEMA storage boxes and all are very good quality. This egg poacher is similar quality but just fails to deliver on its promise. Best to put olive oil on the base to stop the eggs sticking and cook slowly on a low setting. Using a Pyrex jug is just as easy (perhaps with a plate or saucer on top?) and quicker to clean afterwards. There are many recipes on You Tube for poaching eggs in a cup of water and they are much more convenient? Overall I wasted a few quid but at least I can store things in it?
