Delivery:
 
We offer free delivery on all of the items in our eBay store, we aim to dispatch orders within 48 hours of receiving payment (Monday-Friday) and weekend orders are dispatched on Monday. If your order contains more than one item, we will attempt to combine your items into one parcel if possible.
 
Our free standard delivery option is with the courier Hermes; if you urgently require your item(s) please select our faster shipping option - "Other 24 hr Courier" (Hermes Next Day - £2.99 per order).
 
At the courier’s discretion, they may leave an item in a safe place or with a neighbour if nobody is present to accept the delivery. In these circumstances the delivery company should put a delivery note card through your letter box to explain where they have left your item. If you have specific details of a suitable safe place or an approved neighbour please contact our customer service team via eBay messages as soon as possible so that we can inform the delivery company of your requirements.
 
In the event of any issues with your order, where possible we will attempt to contact you at the earliest opportunity to inform you and to arrange a suitable solution.     Breath easy while you slumber in luxury.

    This is the third pillow of the type that I have purchased; My cats loved the original one so much that I bought one just for them. Sumptuously soft and infinitely comfortable. The only drawback is the necessity to knock the pillow back into shape in the morning if you are a fidgety sleeper.

    awful pillows

    These pillows heat up so you find yourself sweating around the neck and head, I thought due to the air holes that the pillow was meant to be cooler than usual pillows but not so, I have slept on them for 2 evenings and each evening I have had to toss them over many times and have not had much sleep and wake up in the morning tired. The pillows are also very spongey, so when you rest your head on them , you feel like you are smothered, I hate them, I will not be sleeping a 3rd evening with them on my bed, they will be replaced by other pillows.

    Like sleeping on a cloud

    I have been trying for ages to find the ‘perfect’ pillow and now I’ve finally found it. This is the most comfortable pillow I have had. It’s like sleeping on a cloud and I’m now sleeping so much better. It also springs back into shape perfectly. Lovely pillow

    Soft but comfy

    Bought for my partner who gets a lot of headaches. Since using it things have improved greatly. He suffers with back and neck pain constantly but this super pillow is doing the trick. It’s a No.3 so at the soft end of the scale and would not do for me sadly. Will purchase more for the spare bedroom. Can recommend for those that like a soft pillow.
