Delivery:
 
We offer free delivery on all of the items in our eBay store, we aim to dispatch orders within 48 hours of receiving payment (Monday-Friday) and weekend orders are dispatched on Monday. If your order contains more than one item, we will attempt to combine your items into one parcel if possible.
 
Our free standard delivery option is with the courier Hermes; if you urgently require your item(s) please select our faster shipping option - "Other 24 hr Courier" (Hermes Next Day - £2.99 per order).
 
At the courier’s discretion, they may leave an item in a safe place or with a neighbour if nobody is present to accept the delivery. In these circumstances the delivery company should put a delivery note card through your letter box to explain where they have left your item. If you have specific details of a suitable safe place or an approved neighbour please contact our customer service team via eBay messages as soon as possible so that we can inform the delivery company of your requirements.
 
In the event of any issues with your order, where possible we will attempt to contact you at the earliest opportunity to inform you and to arrange a suitable solution. Cancellation Rights:

Topper arrived quickly in new good condition. I left it overnight to plump up. At first I was worried about the folding grooves/arches but the product puffed up and filled out well. I left it for a night to do so as I was in no rush. A week on it still has its chemical storage smell but it is dissipating. It feels soft to lay on, but it holds some heat. Personally my back is starting to feel a niggle, not sure if it’s the new topper not being particularly good for me or it’s just adjusting pain.

Was delivered a day later than estimated date. Stayed in all day as didn't want this heavy mattress topper left on the step, especially in wet weather. Have aired it thoroughly for over 15 hours & there appears to be no residual chemical odour. Haven't tried the topper out as yet. 7cm looks a good depth, though now need to look for fitted bed sheets with a depth of 35cm/40cm. Seems to be quite a firm solid memory foam & good to have a zipped cover.
