    Work for me

    I have been taking these for some time now following a reoccurring problem with anaemia and problems taking prescription type iron tablets. These have been great and cause me no problems. I have found that I need to take 2 a day after checking 28mg per day was safe.

    Poor Quality.

    I’m a blood donor, and my iron levels were low. Bought some from Asda, had no problem donating. Unfortunately, they stopped selling them, so bought these. Have just tried to donate, iron levels were extremely low. Should have seen the warning signs really, they were half the size of Asda ones. If you need iron tablets for a specific reason, DON’T but these. Purchase from a proper chemist.
