Instead of one ordered in a package, two radiators were squeezed together into one bag, which caused them to scratch each other. One was probably a factory failure, the second one hit the first one. I use them only on top of new appliances and scratched/bended ones are of no use to me. The seller doesn't care about this problem. I don't appreciate such sellers. So a warning to other buyers, the seller does not respond to messages but pushes the problem to the mysterious "customer services".
