The challenge hedgehogs have in their diet is not just getting enough protein, healthy fats & vitamins but also calcium. Enough Calcium is not naturally available due to environmental destruction. The environment has been destroyed by house building, farming pesticides & speeding traffic & human activity. Hedgehogs will eventually become extinct in the UK. Wildlife & forests/ woodland is vital for carbon absorption & saving our future. The UK is being destroyed.
