The brushes were dispatched on a very timely basis (first class) but hadn't arrived by Easter; we contacted the seller who offered to send replacements, which was much appreciated, as the delay was wholly due to Royal Mail. Arrived shortly after Easter - all as described, and we let the seller know. A vey positive experience and good comms from the seller - highly recommended. Pity about Royal Mail!
