I bought these pills on the soul purpose I needed more fiber in my diet due to me having Ibs and health issues. They seem to be doing the job of helping to keep me a bit more regular and pass wind which helps my ibs but also I've noticed I'm not as hungry now either. My only fault with these pills is the size well more the width. I don't struggle taking pills but these usual get stuck in the back of my throat. I'm not one for crushing them into a drink either.
