I gave the seller my measurements and was offered a choice of lining for the under part of the dress. When the dress arrived, it looked good but when I tried it on it was too big. There was a lot of space around the bust area, the sleeves were a weird shape and the zip did not have a fastening. I contacted the seller to complain and after a lot of back and forth they offered me a partial refund. I now have to spend £600 altering it.

I believed in them and the feedback on their page as a genuine dress maker, I trusted them with making me the wedding dress of my dreams but they have disappointed me beyond believe, the dress that came was of poor quality, tacky and unfitting for a bride on her special day! I sent my measurements to ensure a perfect fit.It doesn’t do up, the arms aren’t right, it’s to short, there is a piece of netting across the cuts into my neck colour isn’t what I chose! AVOID!!!
