You have described the item as bottle green in your advert yet the colour was totally inaccurate 🤦🏾♂️ it is a very light green colour.
It wouldn’t hurt would it to describe your item accurately.

No contact from seller. But basically the seller charges you for postage but sends it in the wrong sized parcel. Meaning you have to pay a surcharge to collect it, which is the cost of the delivery anyway. Utter scam.

My clearly wrote my name for customisation and my name was very wrongly spelled.
Contacted the seller and there was no sense of apology or explanation to why this happened. He wasn’t apologetic but was very rude saying I should return item without any comment
This is bad interpersonal skill and bad costumer service

i asked the buyer to return the item for a refund. it was a mistake from our side and we were willing to accept the return, refund you money and even send out a replacement with the correct name on the item.
