Quite easy to put together and quite substantial in quality. However I would say that the width between the 2 base bars is to wide, measures 13.5 inches. OK for logs about 15 inches. Luckily I had some thin boarding I could place on top of the bars as the popular size logs being delivered everywhere are about 8 to 10 inches long. Quite happy with product tho.
