    The shipping & packaging was appropriate. The seller was good to work with except that they do not accept returns. They answered all my questions and was very prompt with communications. I was very disappointed with both rings that I purchased but it was not the fault of the seller. The band on this ring is extremely thin & looks of poor quality. I would have definitely returned if possible. Final word, Landstrom has definitely gone down hill on the quality of their rings.
