So I Oder a bench , and apparently they send a wrong item , I contact with a seller he’s very promising professional in message to me ,but never been able to solved anything and since he knows the problem he’s not replying back to me at all!!!

The wrong item was sent, which was our mistake. However, as soon as we were made aware of this we proceeded to send the correct item immediately and didn't even request the wrong item back. We are a manufacturer and as such do not operate on weekends, so any replies to messages would be responded to as soon as we re-open for business (Tuesday after the bank holiday in this case). Sorry if this isn't good enough for some.
