Great delivery Arrived with in two days one basic instructions in main box couldn't find main instructions they were hidden in the box with polycarbonate sheets I. Every thing was in the box no missing parts and there are alot. Seller came back to me promt with email with instructions but we had found them eventually in the box.took 2 days to build a bit fiddly 1 day to glaze..You get what you pay for for £200 doesn't buy you much. Only time will tell how it will stand up to the elements.

The item came in 2 packages. Cools the bedroom down quickly. It is loud however for this price I can't really complain as it is the cheapest aircon I have found. I would recommend buying a different window kit as the one supplied doesn't fit most uk windows unless you have sliding windows.
