I have been taking these Vitamin tablets for a couple of years and my health is reasonably good for my age, which I attribute in part to the vitamin tablets,. I like the fact that they are tailored to my age, which saves a lot of time researching which vitamins I should be taking. I just take these and do not bother about any other supplements.
