I don't know what is going on, but product is not suitable for the UK market. Even if in the instructions states something else, the fixing holes on the top are more in front than 290mm, a maximum depth of an UK wall unit. So, the holes will be visible and unfiltered smoke will escape through there. I didn't fit it yet, put fitted a temporary plug. It is far noisier than 60 decibels. I am thinking to return it.
