Oliva Gioielli consente il reso per rimborso o per cambio, anche senza alcuna motivazione, entro 30 giorni dalla data di ricezione del prodotto.

Il rimborso avviene entro 30 gg lavorativi dalla ricezione del reso, previo verifica delle condizioni di seguito elencate.

Il cliente può esercitare il diritto di recesso se rispetta tali condizioni:

- I prodotti non devono essere stati utilizzati, modificati e personalizzati.

- Le scatole dei prodotti non devono presentare segni di usura, abrasioni e scalfitture.

- Il prodotto deve essere accompagnato dalla garanzia allegata.

- La confezione deve essere restituita in tutte le sue parti, nessun componente escluso.

L'assenza di una sola delle seguenti condizione, annullerà, automaticamente il diritto vantato e il pacco verra riconsegnato al cliente a seguito del pagamento delle spese di spedizione, pari a 10€, oltre le spese di rientro dal cliente a Oliva Gioielli (come descritte in seguito).

Il costo del ritiro (rientro) è pari a 10€ e ti verrà detratto dall'importo rimborsato oppure dal valore del coupon, non dovrai pagare niente al corriere.

Oliva Gioielli monitora ogni sua spedizione, durante tutto il periodo di processamento, imballaggio e consegna al corriere, tale pratica proverà, in caso di controversia, il regolare trattamento del bene da consegnare, attestandone la piena funzionalità e il perfetto stato al momento della spedizione.

Tale monitoraggio rimane archiviato per la durata di 30 giorni, dopodiché, decorsi i termini di reso e restituzione, sarà cancellato.
