The items arrived a day late, which meant another night on the floor. They did deliver the next day with an apology. The 2ft 6 beds arrived with a soft velour feel to the bases around the sliding doors and the velour matching material with the headboards. Fyi the drivers can only deliver to the door as they are not insured to deliver into the house. The driver did deliver to the doorstep and left them both standing upright, only for one to fall over in the wind. Thankfully there was no damage.

Bed base was damaged top and bottom, even though the packaging wasn’t. Guess that’s why it’s cheap. Overall the bed is ok for a toddler and the mattress better quality than expected. We repaired it with gorilla tape rather than go through the hassle of returning it.

To be clear I purchased the double divan base with drawers and headboard WITHOUT mattress. I was slightly apprehensive but, apart from one aborted delivery attempt (extreme weather conditions)which I mention because I was contacted immediately and a further delivery attempt was arranged successfully and with impeccable service.
The items were well packaged. Very pleased with quality and build.
