    I ordered an African mask. There were two similar ones in the store, and I chose the one I thought was more interesting. Everything went very well from there. The store kindly agreed to lower the price, quickly shipped the item, and made sure I didn't have to pay any customs fees (special thanks for that!). The mask was not very well packed, but it arrived undamaged. However, it was not the mask (of the two) that I had chosen.
