I took a leap of faith, and I was rewarded with the correct belt. It was not easy to put on, but that wasn't the belts' fault. The Porter Cable manual says to loosen the four bolts holding the motor on but don't remove them. I had to remove the three bolts in the slots and leave the bottom right one in and loose. Only then could I get the motor high enough to get the belt on. It's a new belt, so it will be tight.

I finally found a link to West Coast Retail, who sold different types of belts. What made me email them was the comment that they could make belts if they weren't available. After several emails asking specific questions, they found the correct belts. I ordered 2 pairs since they were so difficult to find, and received them in a timely manner.
