    Advertised as brand new item, they sent me an open bottle of developer. I contacted about the packaging and they said it was the "new" bottle style of the brand, when I asked why the bottle was not sealed they didn't respond to me anymore. Absolute trash, DO NOT BUY FROM THEM. You will get something else and won't be able to return it.

    Tried to negotiate with seller. They were going to charge me full postage back plus a restocking fee. I explained their packer used a type of plastic tape that was not removable, even after three hours of trying, so the hair spray was inaccessable. The scratches showing in the photo show where I attempted to get entry through the plastic but only a tiny piece came off each time. Do not buy from this seller.
