This product doesn’t cause me any digestive discomfort or issues and if very effective and rate of absorption is really good. I was taking 4 capsules to begin with then dropped to 2 and doing very well. I’m going to take a blood test soon to confirm values. I struggled with absolute iron deficiency and thanks to this type of iron that is not the case anymore (judged by how I feel)
