The metal sign arrived in decent condition, but had several scratches and markings on the important parts of the sign. It was listed as brand new, but looked a bit used. Packing was okay, but the sign did have a small bend to it, which I was able to straighten out. I do like the sign, but will have to use my artistic skills to paint match where the sign has blemishes. Good communication by the seller, but the only remedy offered for the scratches was a store discount if I purchased another item.

Item's in original wrapping are considered NEW and listed as such. Defects from the manufacturer are to be expected and not covered by (us) the seller or Ebay. We are always happy to provide additional pictures of an item before purchase. This buyer asked if the other items we had also had defects (they did), we kindly provided pics of those items. Damage during shipping should be taken up with carrier. Item's leave our hands as listed.
