My mind was working rapidly, my skin looked great. I had plenty of energy.
I've bought a copy of this book 4 times. My friends end up borrowing it and never bring it back. I am not overweight but seriously needed a detox. I followed the book the first time in 2007 and lost 12 kg in the 8 weeks. I continued using it for another 7 months and felt great though slightly underweight. My mind was working rapidly, my skin looked great and I had plenty of energy to spare. I ended up cooking all the time, lucky i enjoy doing that because drastically changing ones diet takes its fare share of time. Easy to follow instructions and yummy food.
