In 24 years buying and selling on eBay, I have never had such a poor experience as with this seller. The collectible figurine arrived broken due to poor packaging. The seller said it was not her problem and refused to accept a return or refund. I offered to help with an insurance claim but she refused. She also accused me of breaking the item. I sent her a copy of the eBay damage policy to no avail. After numerous messages she offered a 30% refund for a completely broken figurine.

This is not exactly what happened. I did try to work with you. I offered a refund that reflected the combined shipping & also after lowering the price initially due to multiple purchases. You told me the other item was perfect then left me negative feedback on that one too. You received more than half your original payment ... and you never returned the broken item.
