Item arrived damaged, totally unusable, however seller offered instant refund, even though it was destroyed in transit (yodel) and not their fault. To be honest it could have been packaged better possibly but seller acted immediately and with good faith so credit where credit is due to them, good comms too! So ultimately not the outcome preferred by all, but still a positive experience, even if I haven't got a lens hood!
