I ended up opening up My battery pack like 15 days after refund period ended because I was curious of what kinda cels it was made out of I bought 52v 30ah battery samsung 21700 cells but what was inside was a 52v samsung 18650 cells 33g Def not what I purchased so I message them told them I was sent wrong battery with included pics and they sent me out correct battery wel after 30 dayrefund period.....so open ur battery up and confirm u have correct cels inside downside ipayed return ship
