The item was delivered new, but unboxed, so not as advertised in the photos. I had bought this as a gift. I messaged the seller on day of delivery and explained this, asking for the packaging to be sent on, and they agreed but said they do this to reduce their p&p costs. They need to make this clear from the start. Over a week later and I am still waiting for the box. Quite disappointed.
