We went two rounds on a Best Offer. Upon arrival of the promptly shipped item I discovered two holes neither described nor photographed in the listing on the silk scarf. It's a used item with a busy pattern: I give Seller benefit of doubt that she just didn't look closely enough. I kept my item as it is OK for everyday wear. This is why 4 out of 5 stars.
