1. Payment terms
Please note your shipping address must match your PAYPAL address, once you complete the checkout process we will not be able to amend or cancel the order. If you want to change the shipping address please change it before making the payment as we can not change the shipping address later, we will not be able to check your messages on order notes regarding address change or other information.
 
2. Returns and refunds
The goods becomes your property as soon as they are dispatched to you.     For the price, it is exactly what I expected. Arrived well packaged and quickly. The grey furry middle bit is exactly what I expected it to be (useless) and so I did not install it. Easy to do and still works as a sturdy cat scratching pole. I would not say that the base was 'heavy duty' as just a bit of strong thick cardboard but it works.

      BEST PURCHASE FOR CAT LOVERS

      Just ordered another one as my 2 cats fight over it.It has stopped them from clawing my new carpet, along with a scratch repellant and a catnip mouse which I have attached with a piece of elastic. Every cat should have one - never expected it to make such a difference. They have totally ignored the new non wool carpet (cats love clawing wool) and it's been down over a week now.

      Fit for purpose

      Cat post was exactly as expected for the price. The grey furry ring in the middle is not necessary. I would not describe the base as 'heavy duty' as it is reinforced cardboard and could easily break when being installed but it does the job. I would have preferred one with a thicker pole but that was not available
