Item was described as new, but box was torn in two places and there were 3 cards missing. I contacted the seller and requested a partial refund but never heard back.

I did contact you after you said TWO cards were missing. I mailed you one and told you I was attempting to contact the publisher to get the OTHER missing card. Now you say you never heard from me and the number of missing cards has gone up? I did explain it when I sent you the two card and the two dollars you requested. I was trying to contact the publisher for the builder card. And the cards were in EXCELLENT condition, and never used. In 10 years, I never had bad feedback until you.
