Easy swap for old version
Fit easily in place of an old HR unit we had which wore out (flush valve perished after 6 year) It was little more to buy the whole unit as to buy a new flush valve and that would have been a different make so who knows what trouble it would be. Although I don’t like waste I decided a new start was the best idea as who knows when other parts will start to fail. Normally not long after the first parts in my experience. This was an easy swap. I noticed some of the parts are a bit thinner plastic and so a little more flimsy, but all seemed to work fine. Only time will tell. Very good value but not reversible
Good value kit with everything you need to install it. But, even though the tank has a cutout, you can't fit the supplied inlet valve on the right as it clashes with the mounting bolt. Also the flush valve only fits with the cable exiting to the right, so if you want the button on the left it can't be far from the centreline. In summary, it's a cheap and cheerful product which works well. Don't know about reliability as I have only just installed it, but at £20 it seems like very good value so far.Good value kit with everything you need to install it. You get what you pay for.
Well packaged and easy to fit. Overflow pipe could be fractionally higher as with the float adjusted to just under the point of overflowing, there isn't sufficient water to flush the waste. The short flush button sticks out from the rest of the unit, looks flimsy.
