    The item (a lego set) was not new as the seller described. The box had been opened and two bags inside opened with a several original parts missing. If we were collectors, I would be furious that the item was not new even though the listing represented that it was. The set is useable and my kid is happy to play with it. But I feel misled by the seller.

    I am so sorry you are unhappy with this purchase. I did try to explain in the description that the "box has been opened and several plastic bags have also been opened. The content of those have been returned to ziplock bags. Other bags of legos remain unopened." My sincere apologies for not being clear enough on this listing. I will make sure I am more clear for future listings. Please accept my deepest apology.
