Cancelling orders
 
You may cancel your order by contacting us with your order number at no extra charge. However, if the item has already been dispatched for delivery, we will be unable to refund any of the delivery costs involved. This includes original delivery charges incurred to send the item to you, whilst we may be offering a FREE DELIVERY, orders cancelled after dispatch will automatically be liable to recover the delivery charges.

Satisfaction guarantee / returns policy
 
In the event that you are not satisfied with any product purchased from bathroom4less.co.uk you may return it unused, in the original packaging, within 30 days for a full refund. This amount excludes all delivery costs.
 
When returning items, the buyer is responsible for the cost of the shipping and packaging. unless the item is faulty, where we will collect the faulty item at our discretion at a date suitable to both parties.
 
When returning items, please package the items safely and wrap items before labelling. Product packaging must be undamaged in order for us to accept the item back for resale.
 
Please note that if you have any issues with missing, incorrect or damaged goods you must notify us VIA EMAIL as soon as possible but certainly within 7 days of receipt or the claim for short delivery may be rejected.

    Well built - but you need a new toilet seat

    I bought two toilets - comfort ones - and this is definitely higher quality and it is actually white (the other one Arley) was actually more slightly off white. I will say the toilet seat is useless and tiny compared to the bowl - so you need a new one - unless you are small. So factor that into the price. If it had a better seat would have said 5 *'s I don't know why they just sell it cheaper without a seat and then you can get your own or give you some better seat options. For a big guy like me (6ft and 17stone) - it was uncomfortable.

    Poorly made

    Toilet arrived intact,upon fitting the unit cistern fixing screws were missing, The lid did not sit correctly due to the cast not made to fit the cistern pan, Lack of ceramic to edges, Fitted unit which ended up leaking, Customer was not happy ended up breaking it up into bits binned, Got a toilet from B&Q which is far superior to this toilet, So bought new screws and internals for this poorly made toilet which ended up costing me time and money for another unit, Don’t buy if you want a poorly made unit no QUALITY STICKER
