The tracking part of the app does not seem to work because the consignment was showing as waiting to arrive at DPD for five days, but suddenly arrived with no prior warning. Well packed, original seal. Genuine. Exactly as described. Works well in UK and is an excellent smartphone.

I contacted the seller a few days after purchase as still no tracking had been provided, they said it was already on the way and tracking would be provided soon. A week after that they contacted me with a story about how it failed quality control, not sure how they would know that? They asked me what I wanted to do then issued a refund straight after while I was writing a response. Not only did they waste my time but also a £75 coupon I had and as I’m travelling soon missed photo opportunities
