The recipes are easy to follow, have readily-obtained ingredients, and are fun to make. This book has the same ease-of-use as the recipe cards that come with the meal kits Blue Apron home delivers. The book is well-made, has beautiful photographs, and invites the reader to linger on the pages, tempting the home chef to get in the kitchen and create a masterpiece.
