The Vecon arrived promptly and was really well packed and protected with bubble wrap. Unfortunately one jar had leaked quite a bit in transit and the other a little bit, both jars were sealed. I contacted rousotronic.ltd to let them know and they were kind enough to offer a partial refund as they had no more in stock so couldn't offer a replacement. I ordered this item on 15 Dec. The advertised delivery date was 18 Dec, so I chose this seller as I was going away for Xmas starting 20 Dec. In the event, the item wasn't posted till 19 Dec, so didn't arrive before my trip. On my return there was no sign of the item. I contacted the seller, who responded promptly and sent a replacement, which arrived the following day. Clearly, an honest seller who puts things right without fuss, but needs to be more accurate about advertised delivery dates.

    The Best for Strimming & Edging

    After replacing bearings and carbon bushes on my old contour it's time to replace didn't consider any other type just replace it with an updated model. This one looks as though it has only Bern used once a great bargain at a fraction of the cost of a new one

    Lightweight and good features.

    Light and easy to handle,The strimmer wire is a little too brittle for our garden ,but I will be buying heavy duty wire in the future.This is why I didn't give it five stars.

    Flymo grass trimmer and edger

    Good quality machine, very powerful. I wanted a new strimmer when my old one was stolen and looked for an identical Flymo twin-feed machine as I was very pleased with that model. Alas I forgot to check the weight and this one is about twice as heavy as my old one, too heavy for me so I have given it to my daughter. Back to the drawing board . . .
