The Vecon arrived promptly and was really well packed and protected with bubble wrap. Unfortunately one jar had leaked quite a bit in transit and the other a little bit, both jars were sealed. I contacted rousotronic.ltd to let them know and they were kind enough to offer a partial refund as they had no more in stock so couldn't offer a replacement. I ordered this item on 15 Dec. The advertised delivery date was 18 Dec, so I chose this seller as I was going away for Xmas starting 20 Dec. In the event, the item wasn't posted till 19 Dec, so didn't arrive before my trip. On my return there was no sign of the item. I contacted the seller, who responded promptly and sent a replacement, which arrived the following day. Clearly, an honest seller who puts things right without fuss, but needs to be more accurate about advertised delivery dates.

Quality Gloves
I bought these for my wife, as she is an avid gardener, they have barely been removed since!! They have become very supple, remaining so, even after necessary cleaning. You do need to remember that leather isn’t bomb proof, but for the intended use and reasonable care afterwards, they are hard wearing. This is the second pair I’ve bought her, the original ones purchased in December are still fine, but suitably worn, but she also uses them when out walking, so basically this pair might not be put to such hard use.I bought these for my wife, as she is an avid gardener, they have barely been removed since!! Far too small for this lady!
The gloves are descibed as "ladies" but don't have an actual size, so they were FAR too small for me. Quality great - if only I could get them on. If you are a lady with smallish hands then go ahead, if like me you have large hands - avoid.

these are not water resistant
Nice and comfortable and good for pruning but unimpressed otherwise. They are not water resistant. I did some planting in damp (but not soaking) soil and the earth managed to find it's way through the seams and into my fingernails. I've never used gloves with an end seam before but the point of gloves is to keep your hands protected and clean - zero stars for the latter. Even after three uses I can see some wear and not confident these will last as long as I expected they would. I now also need to buy another pair to use in damp conditions - not very good value and company not interested if you haven't bought from an official outlet.
