The boat was packed in a scruffy bag with a slit in the top badly taped up, on checking the boat and contents l found that the row locks their brackets and several other items were missing. I rang to explain the situation, having not heard anything after 4 days I rang again and eventually received a message to say they would be with me that day. I received a pack of nut and bolts to attach the missing parts! Another call and finally I can assemble and use my boat. Dissatisfied customer.
