Good customer serivce and fast delivery. Given the price is very reasonable, I have no complaint as it is. Some feedback to the maker West Biking: 1) If the side straps can be joined up to form a handle, it'd be perfect. 2) Internal pocket would be a bonus but it may cost a bit more?! Positive comment on item: So I was looking for a pannier bag that can be used as a backpack and this bag has proper straps to carry heavy stuff and easy to hang on the bike rack, reasonably easy.
