    Unkomplizierte Reklamationslösung. Kaufpreis wurde sofort erstattet. Hervorzuheben ist aber nicht die Erstattung sondern die Kommunikation, welche nur hervorzuheben ist. Es ist absolut Glaubwürdig, dass dem Verkäufer die Beschädigung vor dem Versand nicht bekannt war. Ein Verkauf hätte ansonsten aus meiner Sicht nicht stattgefunden. Ich würde immer wieder bei diesem Käufer kaufen. Nur zu empfehlen.
