Arrived on time well packaged on opening it up the wax was very soft and smelt lovely Looked like a dollop of cake mix Down side it wasn't dmfull and takes a LOT to get any colour For me I tried twice Then washed hair and tried fir a 3rd time this used up the last of the cream and still no colour difference disappointed in amount in pot and results on hair
