Items were as described and arrived packaged very well - pleased with that part. Shipping was slow - from date of order to date the items were shipped was 4 days which seems rather long, hence the low rating on shipping. Communication with the seller was prompt when I asked about shipping status after day 4 of it not being shipped the seller replied very quickly and the items were shipped that day. Perhaps I should have inquired earlier. Regardless I put a positive overall experience.
