Intitially the item was dispatched quicky but got lost in transit. When I contacted seller I didn't get a response, but when ebay contacted the seller a few days later, the seller responded straight away and the item was recieved the next day, so that was excellent. Shame the seller didn't responded when I contacted them, but all resolved very smoothly in the end by ebay! Thank you.

Waste of time....I don't have any filter now because of wrong advertising... don't buy , avoid it ! Check the picture advertised and check the picture I will attached ! Doesn't work, filter is different thn the one on advertise....it's nit filtering the water...water is not even going through the 2 little holes he has !
