What can I say, I have never had a problem with the seller always friendly and willing to help, but as for the postage service sendle it’s a big thumbs down, I strongly urge that you reconsider the way you ship items especially when it comes to live plants, they should not be in packaging more than three to four days maximum, AUS post Express should alway be the way to go,item was purchased of 4th April shipped on 8th April arrived on the 24th April, very disappointed took too long to get here.

Great seller! First one unfortunately arrived rotten. Likely a result of the weather during postage. I contacted the seller and had a response within minutes offering a refund or replacement. Replacement was sent within days and was in perfect condition. Both were packaged well. Highly recommended this seller.

I requested to put fragile sticker or DO NOT TIP sticker around the package box but NO STICKERS even she agreed to put the stickers.
And I received the squashed box as they didn’t put any fragile sticker.
Literally they failed to do a simple request from the customer and according to their opinion we can’t request anything when you buy something in a discount price which is very unfair and disrespectful for a customer’s requirement.
I highly not recommend them as their language and tone so rude.

The plant is a 50cm plant, the ad clearly states standard postage.She paid $16.50 for post and expected me to upgrade her postage for free when plant was already discounted.She only raised then when she realised she did not read the postage details on the ad and plant was sent.She also threatened me and asked me to refund her there is nothing wrong with the plant and plant arrived earlier the scheduled delivery. Plant also came with handle with care sticker. Member was been reported and blocked
