The Vecon arrived promptly and was really well packed and protected with bubble wrap. Unfortunately one jar had leaked quite a bit in transit and the other a little bit, both jars were sealed. I contacted rousotronic.ltd to let them know and they were kind enough to offer a partial refund as they had no more in stock so couldn't offer a replacement. I ordered this item on 15 Dec. The advertised delivery date was 18 Dec, so I chose this seller as I was going away for Xmas starting 20 Dec. In the event, the item wasn't posted till 19 Dec, so didn't arrive before my trip. On my return there was no sign of the item. I contacted the seller, who responded promptly and sent a replacement, which arrived the following day. Clearly, an honest seller who puts things right without fuss, but needs to be more accurate about advertised delivery dates.

    Good Quality Alternative Product

    Cheeky use of the official ROCKSMITH picture! This is not the official fully packaged cable as supplied by Ubisoft BUT it is a good quality alternative that works well. I've been using mine for around 10hrs now and am very happy with my purchase.

    Would be better with braided cable.

    I'm in asia, free shipping arrived pretty fast(around 2 weeks).They answered my message. The store's service is good. I'm glad I bought It so now I could play rocksmith 2014 remastered on my pc which I bought online from steam with my electric guitar. Maybe It's normal for this kind of product (Game accessory from the official company) but I think this cable would be better and last longer with braided strand. This cable comes with raw cable which when you compare It to medium price "real" guitar cable, At this price you could get quite good quality braided cable like fender,vox,rockcable or even mogami 10ft. I had used many raw cables on many electronics and they had broken inside within few years so I had been pretty much finished with them especially in 30 bucks+ gear. When I knocked ...

    Works just as described!

    the cable is thick, meaning it is very tough and clearly of decent build quality. The jack fits nice and snug with the guitar making it difficult to pull out by accident.

    Real tone cable delivery

    Product came 15 days later than estimated and the box in which it came, was in a really bad shape (like someone has played football with it), luckly it is just a cable otherwise it might have been damaged! Also there is no parcel tracking possibility, you need to have good faith that it will arrive sooner or later. Besides this, all good!
