The Vecon arrived promptly and was really well packed and protected with bubble wrap. Unfortunately one jar had leaked quite a bit in transit and the other a little bit, both jars were sealed.
I contacted rousotronic.ltd to let them know and they were kind enough to offer a partial refund as they had no more in stock so couldn't offer a replacement.
So I'm writing to thank Jag for dealing with this in such a pleasant and professional manner. Jill

I ordered this item on 15 Dec. The advertised delivery date was 18 Dec, so I chose this seller as I was going away for Xmas starting 20 Dec. In the event, the item wasn't posted till 19 Dec, so didn't arrive before my trip. On my return there was no sign of the item. I contacted the seller, who responded promptly and sent a replacement, which arrived the following day. Clearly, an honest seller who puts things right without fuss, but needs to be more accurate about advertised delivery dates.
