Encanto Brazilian keratin treatment
Finally I did the treatment on my hair tonight. It’s absolutely brilliant. The results are fantastic. I’m completely chuffed with how it’s turned out. It’s a long process especially if you have long hair like me and you definitely need someone to do it for you. My daughter did mine. The only downside is it really stinks you need to wear a mask which is supplied and open all windows. All worthwhile to get the end result. One bottle was enough to do my long hair. My hair is really frizzy and wild after I’ve dried it, I need to straighten my hair every day, after the final step was complete I blow dried my hair and it was amazing no frizz whatsoever it looked as if I had already used the straighteners on it. The fumes from this product are so strong I could not breath, my eyes were burning and throat was burning and it was literally taking my breath away. It does come with a mask and gloves but this only helps a tiny bit the end result is decent but I had to stop about 20 times and go outside to breath in fresh air because I was getting head aches and high off the fumes I kept going dizzy and light headed. Bought these for my 10 yr old daughter who has over the last few months started beem really conscious of her ears. As a baby she had flat head syndrome which caused her ears to stock out more than usual. we bought these to try out. The first pair we used we found were too big and wouldn't stick properly. I had to cut a 2nd pair down in size which have worked slightly better. I don't think they are worth the money paid perhaps should be half the price they are. But if it helps my daughter's confidence then fairs fair. Hopefully they will in time correct her ears. I have mixed Afro Caribbean hair.... I have previously relaxed my hair but due to the breakage that has been caused due to relaxing I thought I would do a little research on a keratin based product. With that being said I searched the net and came across this product and another so I continued to read the reviews. Plenty of the reviews said about the odour and how potent it could be and I thought ah surely it couldn’t be that bad hey? But no the reviews were 100% correct(only reason for 4 stars), whilst drying the product it really effected my eyes to the point I had to stop a few times and I was so so close to just giving up! Two days ago I spent 3 hours doing this treatment on my long over shoulder length hair which is professionally lightened . The results are amazing . I have a lot of head sweats and after putting down my straighteners I’m usually blow drying my hair again . One bit of moisture and it just curls up and looks frizzy . Firstly I woke up the next morning after treatment to see the same sleek hair and no hair monster had attacked in the night and last night I went to a concert and expected to be back to wet frizzy hair but it didn’t happen and also no head sweat ?!? It’s early days but I’ll be extra happy if it has that added bonus . My only criticism is when you have to dry and flatiron onto the product , the fumes are really bad so I dried my hair in the garden . It’s the only way I could ...
